Boys and Girls Club of Adair County Schools is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic TRAIL Program Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for leading grant-funded TRAIL programming that encourages health and wellness through diabetes prevention education and behavioral health curriculum. key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating participant recruitment and conducting diabetes prevention education.
- Planning and executing food demonstrations, managing inventory and clean-up.
- Collecting and analyzing program data, including administering pre and post surveys.
- Encouraging and supporting member participation in various activities.
- Overseeing TRAIL grant reporting and maintaining accurate attendance records.
- Coordinating special event planning and community outreach efforts.

Boys and Girls Club of Adair County Schools is looking for a responsible and devoted individual to be a Unit Director. Unit Directors are responsible for overseeing daily operations and staff at each unit, and making sure every site stays in compliance with BGCA standards . Key responsibilities of a Unit Director include:
- communicating with Boys and Girls Club staff as well as school faculty and staff
- send attendance, program and other forms into administration on a weekly basis
- complete daily attendance forms
- conduct BGCA programming
- complete quarterly grant funding reports
- ensure safety of youth, staff, and club environment

The Boys & Girls Club of Adair County Schools is looking for a Youth Development Professional who is energetic and interested in working in a fun, collaborative environment with kids in grades 2-12. The Youth Development Professional (YDP) is responsible for the implementation and evaluation of various programs and activities offered to Club members, including programs that focus on academic achievement, healthy lifestyles and good character and citizenship.
